Shipping and Refunds

Production:

The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size. 

Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:

  • The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier.
  • The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.
  • The order contains 12 or more items.

However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please get in touch with us for a status update: contact@compassolo.com

 

Shipping:

USA - Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date, except of:  Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States that can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Canada - Shipping up to 8-14 business days.

Rest of the world - Shipping up to 8-21 business days. 

 

Returns and Refunds:

All our products are unique and produced only once ordered. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please contact us contact@compassolo.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

 

Cancellation:

The order can be canceled, If it hasn't sent to the production yet. If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the print provider, and they may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order free of charge at this point. You can reach us at contact@compassolo.com
